Book anytime! If you need to book after-hours and want to secure a great rate and fabulous amenities, this is the tool to do just that. You can also use this tool to compare rates and availability.
Not all promotional rates are combinable with Virtuoso amenities. Be sure to check with us if you have any questions about which rates include amenities. We are always here to help and explain why the lowest rate doesn’t always equal the greatest value.
You cannot make changes or cancellations via the booking tool.
Please contact us and we would be happy to help.We have special VIP access to many more hotels not listed here – If you don’t see the hotel you’re looking for listed, reach out! Chances are, we can get you a sweeter stay than what you could get for yourself.
If your booking requires multiple rooms or hotels, involves a complicated itinerary, or comes with special requests—please reach out to us directly for our full-service options.

However, just like a normal hotel booking, we reserve the right to charge service fees for cancellation or change requests and group bookings. After you book, either directly with us or online, we work hard to attend to your bookings with care and VIP you, and this work is just as hard to undo.

How to Book

Create Account
Create an Account on Virtuoso.com
Access our custom Virtuoso booking site HERE. Sign in or create an account.

Search
Search hotels by destination or name. Use the Hotels tab or Search function to search destinations, hotel brands, and more.

Book & Select*
Search for your preferred property and travel dates. Select the room category and rate you want and hit Book.
*Be sure that Becky Olson is selected as your dedicated Travel Advisor*

Complete
Complete your reservation and receive your confirmation email. Becky will be notified of your booking and will confirm it with the hotel. Sit back and countdown the days!
